David's practice is focused on corporate commercial law and he also has extensive experience in franchising, leasing, financing and business law, and commercial real estate. David has acted as the Director of Policy to Ontario's Minister of Finance, where he advised on all aspects of finance policy and related legal issues, including capital market regulation and taxation policy, as well as briefing and close interaction with the Office of the Premier and other members of Cabinet on finance and budget issues. David has his LL.B. from Queens and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. January 2008 - We are pleased to welcome Leneo E. Sdao to our Real Estate Department. Leneo was called to the bar in 1989 and since that time has practiced exclusively in the real estate field. Leneo was most recently in-house counsel at a well known title insurance company, prior to which he practiced in the real estate departments of two large downtown Toronto law firms.
