- Represented Canada's leading manufacturer of DVD's, CD's and similar products in respect of its syndicated US$1.175 billion credit facility.
- Represented an issuer in $78 million issuance of the first offering in Canada of single issuer linked return of capital notes.
- Represented a syndicate of mezzanine lenders in $25 million subordinated debt and equity financing for Canada's largest tire distributor.
- Represented a syndicate of mezzanine lenders in $25 million subordinated debt and equity financing for a U.S. and Canadian luggage manufacturer and distributor.
- Represented an international lender in the service sector in respect of US$250 million of note issuances and numerous refinancings of its syndicated credit facility.
- Represented a syndicate of borrowers in a group of car dealerships in respect of their various credit facilities, aggregating in excess of $70 million.
