Our lawyers are experienced in negotiating and drafting agreements for all facets of real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, development, construction, leasing, management, syndication and sale of property, condominium law, loan transactions, joint ventures, equity syndications and partnerships. This extensive experience extends to transactions involving a wide variety of properties, both developed and undeveloped, including single family residences, apartment complexes, office complexes, condominiums, shopping centres, hotels, retirement facilities, nursing homes, resorts and multi-use projects.
